Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time for delivery during these periods. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping & Delivery Fees
A standard shipping fee of $5.99 applies to all orders under $35.
Final shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout, once a shipping address has been entered and a shipping method has been selected.

At TrendyPet's Zone, our return policy is simple and customer-focused. Please review the terms below before initiating a return or refund request.
Return Window
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase.
If 30 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in the original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:
You’ll receive a gift credit for the return’s value.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver:

PERFECT ADJUSTABLE SIZE: 28cm, Adjustable one size fits cats. Simply adjust the collar to fit the length you need and cut off any remaining length.
WATER RESISTANT COLLAR: Collar allows your beloved cat full protection at any time or places even in the rain, swimming or bathing. The collar will not need to be removed from your cat's neck until you want to replace it. However, immersing in water for a long time will shorten the protection time.
TIPS & TRICKS
- Pest control chemicals, in proper doses, are not toxic however it's a best practice to wash your hands after contact.
- If using a shampoo with pest control, then wait a few days to put the collar back on.
- Flea and tick prevention for cats is important but if the treatment begins to have side effects then stop immediately and consult your vet.
- The collar must be worn loosely to allow the growth of the pet and to permit the collar to move about the neck, but the collar should not be too loose that it can be bitten or chewed by the pet wearing it.
