🚨 Shipping Notice

We currently only ship to addresses in the United States.
We do not ship internationally.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–5 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

🔁 30-Day Returns & Easy Refunds

At TrendyPet's Zone, we strive to ensure that you and your pet are satisfied with every purchase. Please review our return policy carefully before initiating a return request.

Return Window

The return period begins on the date the tracking shows the package as delivered.

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery.

If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

 

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and unaltered
- The item must be in the same condition as received
- The item must be returned in its original packaging with all included components
- A valid proof of purchase is required

 

Items returned with signs of use, pet hair, odors, stains, damage, or missing packaging may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.

All returns must be approved by our support team before being sent back.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

- Items marked Final Sale
- Personalized or custom pet items
- Items showing pet hair, odor, washing, chewing, or signs of use
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable liquids or gases
- Gift cards
- Certain health and personal care items

For hygiene and safety reasons, pet products that have been used by animals cannot be restocked or resold.

 

Pet Product Testing Policy

Because pets may chew, scratch, or damage products during normal use, items that show signs of pet use — including chewing, scratching, pet hair, odor, stains, washing, or wear — are not eligible for return or refund unless the item arrived defective or damaged.

 

Return Policy Abuse Prevention

To maintain fair pricing and prevent refund abuse, TrendyPet's Zone reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, or exchanges from customers who show patterns of excessive returns, misuse of products, or suspected abuse of our return policy.

Accounts with multiple refund requests, used pet items, or repeated order disputes may be restricted from future purchases or refunds at our discretion.

 

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted at our discretion in the following situations:

- Items not in original condition
- Items damaged or missing parts not due to our error
- Returns requested outside the 30-day window (case-by-case)

 

Restocking Fees

Restocking fees may apply depending on the condition of the returned item:

- Opened but resellable items: 10% – 20%
- Electronics or high-risk items: 15% – 25%
- Damaged packaging or missing parts: up to 25%

Restocking fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

- You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been received.
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds will only be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected by our team.

Refunds may be denied if the returned item does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please note that refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account after being processed.

If your refund is delayed:

- Check your bank account again 
- Contact your credit card provider — refunds may take time to appear
- Contact your bank — processing times may vary

If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact our support team for assistance.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Claims submitted after this timeframe may not qualify for replacement.

Do not place a second order and request a refund for the original purchase. These exchanges will not be approved.

 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item.

Once the return is processed, a gift certificate will be issued.

If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

For items valued over $75, we recommend:

- Use a trackable shipping service to verify delivery
- Purchase shipping insurance to protect against loss or damage during transit

We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking information.

Returns received without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Returned items must include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.

Returns must be shipped within 7 days of return authorization approval and include the provided return label.

 

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed without first contacting our support team, TrendyPet's Zone reserves the right to dispute the claim and provide evidence including:

- Order confirmation details
- Delivery tracking information
- Customer communication records
- This return policy

Accounts that file fraudulent chargebacks may be restricted from future purchases.

USING THE PRODUCT
Do not open package until ready to use. Do not let children play with collar. Dust may form on collar during storage. Do not get dust in mouth or eyes. Use only one collar per dog at a time.
  1. Unroll the collar.
  2. Separate the collar from the pull-tab strip. Start at either end by slowly pulling the strip away from the collar. Pull on any remaining strip to remove it. Discard the pull-tab strip in the trash.
  3. Place the collar around dog's neck. Pinch the buckle, then insert the end of the collar through the buckle and slide to adjust for fit. Two fingers should fit between the collar and neck. Maximum effectiveness may not occur for 2-3 weeks after collar placement. The collar must be worn loosely to allow for growth of the dog and to permit the collar to move about the neck.
  4. Once fitted comfortably, feed the excess collar through the loops.
  5. Any excess length of the collar beyond 2-3 inches past the loops should be cut off, wrapped in newspaper, and placed in the trash. (Depending on the size of your dog, it may be easier to cut off the excess length before feeding through the loops.)
  6. Wash hands after placing collar on dog.
