Thank you for visiting and shopping at www.trendypetszone.com. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time for delivery during these periods. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
Potential Delivery Delays
Delivery may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Severe weather conditions
Labor strikes
Power outages
Governmental or provincial actions
Logistic shutdowns and disruptions
We are not responsible for delays caused by any of the above factors.
Shipping & Delivery Fees
A standard shipping fee of $6.99 applies to all orders under $35.
Final shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout, once a shipping address has been entered and a shipping method has been selected.

At TrendyPet's Zone, our return policy is simple and customer-focused. Please review the terms below before initiating a return or refund request.
Return Window
Our return policy lasts 15 days from the date of purchase.
If 15 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in the original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
If you don’t have a receipt, please contact Customer Service for assistance.
Non-Returnable Items
Several types of items are non-returnable, including:
Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
Intimate or sanitary products
Hazardous materials
Flammable liquids or gases
Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Certain health and personal care items
Sales/Discounted items (final sale – cannot be refunded)
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted in these cases:
Books with obvious signs of use
Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, or vinyl records
Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
Items returned after 15 days from purchase

2. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
3. If approved, a refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
> Note: A 3–6% processing fee will apply on all refunded items, including regular-priced items.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
1. Recheck your bank account.
2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

We will update your order before shipping.
> Note: Do not make a second purchase and then request a refund. These types of exchanges will not be approved. 
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:
You’ll receive a gift credit for the return’s value.
Once received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver:
The refund will be sent to the original purchaser, and they will be notified of the return.

You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

> We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
- Unroll the collar.
 - Separate the collar from the pull-tab strip. Start at either end by slowly pulling the strip away from the collar. Pull on any remaining strip to remove it. Discard the pull-tab strip in the trash.
 - Place the collar around dog's neck. Pinch the buckle, then insert the end of the collar through the buckle and slide to adjust for fit. Two fingers should fit between the collar and neck. Maximum effectiveness may not occur for 2-3 weeks after collar placement. The collar must be worn loosely to allow for growth of the dog and to permit the collar to move about the neck.
 - Once fitted comfortably, feed the excess collar through the loops.
 - Any excess length of the collar beyond 2-3 inches past the loops should be cut off, wrapped in newspaper, and placed in the trash. (Depending on the size of your dog, it may be easier to cut off the excess length before feeding through the loops.)
 - Wash hands after placing collar on dog.
